Customer Support Manager at Mobclix in Palo Alto, CA

 

Customer Support Manager

The Mobclix Customer Support Manager will be the first line of defense for all inbound support requests.  You will be directly responsible for building and managing a process to provide timely and informative responses to inbound requests This includes but is not limited to:

-       Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Mobclix product offering

-       Ability to troubleshoot and provide first level response to all questions

-       Ability to route support requests internally to the appropriate group / person

-       Building, maintaining and managing support processes and SLAs amongst various BUs

-       Identifying and maintaining customer issues on a triage basis

-       Creating and analyzing weekly reports on support ticket progress

-       Evangelize Mobclix product offering to the developer community


You should be passionate about mobile and have great attention to detail. You should also have a strong ability to communicate with developers and the engineering community.  You should be a self-starter, natural leader and organized individual who is willing to take initiative as well relentless desire for success.  Additionally, you should innovate and collaborate with others to help improve the process.  As part of a fast paced award winning startup you will gain invaluable experience in this fast track role, which offers extensive interaction with senior level management. 

Recommendations: 

-       2-3 years relevant experience

-       Strong analytical and multi-tasking ability

-       Responsible, independent and dependable

-       Excellent communication, organization and written skills 

-       Self-starter that works well individually as well as part of a integrated team

-       Startup and / or mobile experience strongly desired
