Business Development Manager

Mobclix is a leading Mobile Advertising exchange developing the next-generation of advertising and monetization technologies for mobile applications and smart-devices. The Business Development group helps integrate our offering in the 300,000+ applications in the market today. Leveraging our world-class engineering and marketing resources, the group works a variety of partners, customers and vendors to advance the company’s vision and mission across the mobile application landscape. 

As a Business Development Manager you will play a central role in helping a team deliver department-wide goals. You will be directly responsible for managing a client portfolio and growing business.  This includes but is not limited to:

-       Working with fast-paced technology, understanding our evolving value proposition and how to best communicate with prospective clients.

-       Quickly understanding a client’s business model and how our offering can be applied.

-       Daily sales and business development activities including planning and goal setting.

-       Meeting and exceeding sales goals while providing reliable forecasting.

-       Working with senior management to build better systems and processes.

-       Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the competition and their offerings.


You should be passionate about your customers, intent on driving towards your goals, and consistently reliable. You should be a self-starter, natural leader and organized individual who is willing to take on initiatives as well apply relentless desire for success. Suggested Requirements: 
 

-       3-5 years experience in Finance, Sales or Business Development

-       BS / BA from reputable 4-year university.

-       Fundamental knowledge of iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and other mobile app stores and devices

-       Strong analytical and multi-tasking ability

-       Excellent communication, organization and written skills 

-       Self-starter that works well individually as well as part of an integrated team

-       Startup and / or mobile experience strongly desired

-       Technology sales, Advertising Sales and Mobile Experience a plus.
